💸 REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

At VJ & BB Premium Fiction, all products are digital and delivered either as downloadable EPUB files or read-only PDF content via Selar.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued
This applies to:
- Downloadable EPUB novels
- Read-only PDF stories
Once access is granted or a file is delivered, the product is considered received.
2. Product Formats
Your purchase may be delivered in one of the following formats:
- EPUB Files (Downloadable):
- Files are available for download after purchase and can be accessed on supported reading devices.
- Read-Only PDF (Non-downloadable):
- Content is accessible directly on the platform and cannot be downloaded.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You did not receive access to your purchased product due to a verified technical issue
All requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from our store, you agree that:
- You understand the format of the product before purchase
- Your device supports EPUB files (for downloadable books)
- You will not request a refund based on format preference after purchase
